1446.02 CONTRACTORS PERFORMING PUBLIC WORK UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE CITY.
   (a)   Any contractor who enters into a contract to perform services pursuant to bid shall be required to state, under oath, the names and addresses of the legal and beneficial owners of the firm performing the work or, if it is a corporation, the names, addresses or telephone numbers of its officers, directors and shareholders, legal and beneficial, whose interest in such corporation is five percent or more.
   (b)   Contractors providing material or supplies to the City may be required by the Director of Service to provide the same information as required in subsection (a) hereof to the City at the time of entering into the contract. This requirement shall be waived as to any corporation having twenty-five or more shareholders if no shareholder owns legally or beneficially five percent or more of the issued and outstanding shares.
