The certificate of registration may be revoked at any time by the Building Commissioner for violation of the Building and Housing Code or ordinances or other laws or rules or regulations of the City, or for other cause which in the opinion of the Building Commissioner justifies such action, including, but not limited to, the following:
(a) Misrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining a certificate of registration;
(b) Improper use of a certificate of registration;
(c) Faulty and/or defective workmanship or workmanship not in compliance with applicable codes and regulations;
(d) Deviation from plans and specifications filed with the City; and
(e) Noncompliance with or violation of any provision or regulation of the Ohio Building Code(s) or the City of Maple Heights Building and Housing Code(s), or the Planning and Zoning Code(s), or rules or regulations promulgated in this chapter.
