1442.07 REFUNDS FOR NONUSE OF PERMITS.

A refund of the fee paid for permits described in this chapter shall be permitted at the following rates, if the permit is not used within the following times:

(a) Percent of Permit Fee Refunded.

(1) 30 days from issuance: 50%

(2) Over 30 days from issuance: No refund permitted
