1440.26 CONFLICTS OF LAWS.

(a) Conflicts of laws involving the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings and the Ohio Building Code are provided for in Section 1424.04.

(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Building and Housing Code and a provision of State law, the State law shall control, except as otherwise provided in Sections 1423.05 and 1424.04.

(c) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Building and Housing Code, and a provision of any City ordinance, the most recent ordinance adopted by the City shall prevail.
