A complete copy of the Ohio Residential Building Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, as adopted in Section 1423.01, is on file with the Building Commissioner for inspection by the public. The Building Commissioner shall also forward a copy to the Maple Heights Regional Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library and to the County Law Library. In addition, the Building Commissioner shall have copies available for distribution to the public, at cost.
