1282.01 PURPOSE

It is the purpose of the "BCO" District to provide additional controls along Broadway Avenue which create continuity and a visually pleasing gateway into the City which are consistent with the recommendations of the Planning Commission and with the goals of the adopted Land Use Plan of the City.
