For the purposes of this Zoning Code, the City is hereby divided into districts, as follows:
"RSF-L" Residential Single Family - Low Density
"RSF-M" Residential Single Family - Medium Density
"RTF" Residential Two Family
"RMF" Residential Multi Family
"NC" Neighborhood Commercial
"GC" General Commercial
"BCO" Broadway Corridor Overlay
"O-I" Office-Industrial
"I-O" Institutional-Office
