1261.122 STORY
   A story means that portion of a building between any floor and the floor next above, and if there is no floor above, then the ceiling above. A basement is a story if its ceiling is over five feet above the level from which the height of the building is measured, if it is used for business purposes or if it contains any dwelling unit.
