1261.23 COMMUNICATION TRANSMISSION STRUCTURE

A communication transmission structure is a tower, pole or other device, erected on the ground or roof top, for the purpose of transmitting or receiving radio, micro, cellular, or other electromagnetic waves between terrestrially and/or orbitally based uses.
