   An automobile service station is a structure and surrounding land used for the storage and sale of petroleum fuel, primarily to passenger vehicles, and for accessory uses such as the sale and installation of lubricants, accessories or supplies; the incidental washing of motor vehicles and the performing of tune-ups, tire and brake changing and repair.
