The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Abbreviated Storm Water Pollution Plan review, filing, and inspection deposit is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the Finance Department before the review process begins. The cash deposit shall be made for the City to perform SWP3 reviews and to complete compliance site inspections throughout active construction periods. For Abbreviated SWP3 submittals, a deposit of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) is required. For full SWP3 submittals, the deposit, which shall be based on the total size of the site, shall be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for the first acre, and an additional seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) paid for each subsequent acre or fraction thereof. The total deposit shall not exceed seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500). At such time that the deposit balance falls below 35% of its original balance the applicant may be required to deposit additional funds to cover the anticipated costs of future fees or return the deposit to the original balance as determined by the City Engineer. All unused deposit balances shall be returned after all work required by this regulation has been completed and adequate stabilization has been reached, all as determined by the City Engineer.
