(a) The Planning and Zoning Commission as established by the City of Maple Heights shall hear and decide appeals from the requirements of this chapter.
(b) The Planning and Zoning Commission shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged that there is an error in any requirement, decision or determination made by the City Engineer in the enforcement and administration of this chapter.
(c) Those aggrieved by a decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission or any taxpayer, may appeal such decision to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506.
