If the prisoner brought in from another municipality or agency is or becomes a violent or suicidal prisoner, then the Chief of Police may, at his or her discretion, require the other municipality or agency to immediately remove the prisoner, provide around-the-clock and constant supervision of the prisoner or pay an additional premium rate as determined by the Chief for the extra care and attention required for supervising such prisoner.
