The City shall charge any municipality or agency using the City Jail facilities the sum of ninety dollars ($90.00) per day, or any part thereof. Provided under this charge will be food, clothing, laundry service and general supervision for the prisoners. All medical expenses, if necessary, will be the sole and complete responsibility of the municipality or agency delivering the prisoner. All pick-up and delivery of the prisoner to and from the City, for any purpose, shall be the sole and complete responsibility of the arresting municipality or agency.
