1066.01 GENERAL RULES.
   (a)   The rules and regulations apply to all areas of the Maple Heights Pool complex.
   (b)   Each patron over the age of one year must have a pool membership ID card, a swim card, or pay a daily entrance fee for admission to the Maple Heights Pool.
   (c)   Membership ID cards must be presented by pool patrons each time they enter the pool complex.
   (d)   A responsible party must supervise patrons under the age of ten at all times. A “responsible party” is defined as a person 18 years of age or older who has the ability to swim. Supervision is defined as having the child who is less than ten years old within arm's reach at all times while at the pool. Patrons age ten and older are permitted in the pool without supervision, but are subject to removal by the Pool Manager on duty if they create a health or safety risk.
   (e)   Children not toilet trained are required to wear plastic pants or swim diapers in all areas of the pool complex.
   (f)   Any patron in water deeper than the patron's armpits may be required to demonstrate to the lifeguard or Pool Manager on duty that he or she is capable of swimming the width of the pool in that depth. If the patron is unable to do so, he or she must remain in water that is below his or her armpits.
   (g)   The following rules shall apply to water slides in the plunge pool.
      (1)   Swimmers must be at least 48 inches tall to use the water slides.
      (2)   Only one person will be allowed on the slides at a time.
      (3)   Swimmers must go down the slide only when instructed by the lifeguard in charge. Swimmers must wait until the previous swimmer has reached the exit of the plunge pool before going down the slide.
      (4)   Swimmers must go down the slide feet first on their backs only.
      (5)   Swimmers must immediately exit the plunge pool once they have exited the water slide.
