The Director of Recreation shall prescribe and promulgate rules for the following:
(a) The commencement and ending of each season;
(b) The times for operation of Municipal .skating rinks for day sessions and evening sessions;
(c) The ejectment from, or denial of admission to, Municipal skating rinks of disorderly-persons. Included shall be the right to cancel family season passes where the holder or holders thereof have been guilty of a series of disorderly acts. If a family season pass is cancelled, a rehearing of the order may be had before the Mayor if requested by the member of Council in the district where such family resides.
(d) Such further rules and regulations consistent with the provisions hereof for the orderly conduct of Municipal skating rinks.
