A fee for the permit provided for in Section 1062.01 shall be paid by the applicant in the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day such applicant uses the facilities of Municipal parks, unless such fee is waived by the Mayor. Such fees shall be deposited into the General Fund of the City.
