The following shall be the specifications for the installation of new sidewalks in the City.
(a) Concrete sidewalks shall be provided which are five feet wide and four inches thick. In driveway areas, the thickness of the concrete shall be six inches.
(b) Concrete shall meet standard specifications of the State Department of Transportation for Class "C" concrete.
(c) All sidewalks shall slope from the inside of the lot line towards the street at a ratio of three-eighths of an inch per foot.
(d) Before placement of concrete, sub-base and forms must be inspected by a City inspector.
(e) All corners must have at least four feet of walk facing the opposite corner.
