Bulldozing, loading and dumping Operations, or any other operations creating any noise, shall be performed only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, inclusive, and no operation shall be performed on Sundays or holidays. Trucks or other vehicles shall not be so loaded with topsoil or other material that results in or causes spilling of soil or materials on the streets or highways.
