Before the issuance of a permit required by Section 884.01, the applicant shall post a bond in an amount to be determined by Council, which shall not, in any case, be less than five thousand dollars ($5,000), in favor of the City, conditioned upon the performance of the removal in accordance with this chapter and, the terms of such permit, signed by the applicant and a good and satisfactory corporate surety.
