866.10 UNIFORMS AND BADGES.

(a) Licensed security guards may wear a uniform and a badge of a design approved by the Chief of Police, which design shall substantially differ from those worn by members of the Division of Police.

(b) Licensed private investigators may carry badges approved by the Chief of Police, the design of which shall differ substantially from that worn by members of the Division of Police.
