860.09 PURCHASES FROM CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED.

No licensee under this chapter shall receive any pledge or purchase any articles from any minor under eighteen years of age, or from any person who is at the time intoxicated, or from any known alcoholic, or from any person who is known or believed by the licensee to be a thief, or associate of a thief, or a receiver of stolen property.
