Every person licensed under this chapter shall give to the pledgor or seller a statement upon which shall be legibly written in ink, typewritten or printed, the name of the licensee making such loan or purchase, the amount of the loan or purchase price, the rate of interest, the date when the loan is made, or goods sold, and the date when payable. Such licensee shall also give the pledgor a receipt for each payment of principal, storage charge or interest. The statement shall also contain a full and accurate description of the articles pledged or sold, including any identifying marks thereon, and, when any watch is pledged, the licensee shall also write in such statement the name of the maker or other identifying features. The statement shall contain a full disclosure of all charges for storage and a copy of Section 860.05 shall be printed in type on the back of the receipt.
