850.07 PERMIT FEES WAIVED.

The annual permit fees of this chapter shall be waived for non-profit groups or establishments upon adequate proof being submitted to the Building Commissioner of their non-profit status. Non-profit groups or establishments shall still be required to obtain a permit annually.
