No person operating a business, and no firm, partnership, corporation, club, society, fraternal organization, lodge or association located in the City, shall display, in such place of business or in any such premises, for the amusement of customers, members or guests, any bowling game, skeet-ball, shuffleboard, bumper pool, or other similar or related device(s) (coin-actuated or otherwise) that requires the direct and actual physical control of the player in order for the player to achieve a score, for which such player is striving, without first obtaining a permit therefore from the City. This section shall not apply to private homes in the City.
