848.15 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, and any provision of other City ordinances, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinances, the more restrictive provision shall prevail.
