848.11 TRANSFERABILITY OF PERMITS.

(a) No permit issued under this chapter shall be transferable to another person or location without the express written authorization of the Mayor's office.

(b) The change of location of a massage and/or bath establishment shall require the submission of a new application and the issuance of a new permit.
