This chapter shall not apply to the following:
(a) Hospitals, nursing homes and public health centers;
(b) A person who is licensed or registered by the State of Ohio Medical Board while such person is performing the licensed or registered profession, and such person's office;
(c) A licensed barber shop, beauty salon, school of cosmetology or barber school while the same is used to perform the licensed vocation;
(d) A licensed chiropractor or physical therapist while such person is performing the licensed profession, and such person's office;
(e) A licensed cosmetologist, registered barber, registered barber apprentice, licensed chiropractor, licensed practical nurse, registered nurse, licensed physical therapist or licensed physical therapist assistant, while such persons are performing their professions or vocations; and
(f) A person working under the direction or supervision of persons mentioned in subsection (e) hereof while such persons are performing their professions or vocations.
