The Mayor, upon recommendation of the Chief of the Divisions of Police and Fire or upon his own initiative, may at any time, after notice and hearing, revoke or suspend a permit granted hereunder for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of any law or ordinance relating to the conduct of such business.
