826.11 HEATING AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
   (a)   A safe heating system shall be provided.
   (b)   A room used for patient care shall be maintained at a temperature of at least seventy degrees Fahrenheit with a maximum temperature of seventy-eight degrees Fahrenheit as measured three feet above floor level. Air conditioners may be utilized to maintain the maximum temperature of seventy-eight degrees Fahrenheit.
   (c)   Duplex electrical outlets with a three wire system shall be provided in sufficient numbers to meet the needs of the areas served.
   (d)   Electrical equipment shall be maintained in good repair and properly grounded.
