(a) Adequate telephone communication and a nurse call system shall be provided for patient and staff use appropriate for the size of a facility and scope of services rendered.
(b) A fire alarm system will be tied in directly to the Fire Division alarm office.
(c) A telephone will be tied directly to the Fire Division switchboard.
