(a) There is hereby created a Fair Housing Review Commission which shall consist of three citizen members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council to serve for a term of three years at no salary with the Chairperson to be elected by members of the Commission. Commission members can be re-appointed to serve no more than three consecutive terms.
(b) The Fair Housing Review Commission shall be a fact-finding Commission to advise the Mayor and Council of their findings for appropriate action.
