818.01 "SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES" DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "sale of Christmas trees" means the selling of Christmas trees, either cut or potted, on a place of business open for that sole purpose. Churches and charitable institutions are exempt, as are businesses established at the same location prior to June 1.
