812.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this section, “billiards and pool room/hall” means a room or rooms in a facility in which the owner is engaged in a business that directly or indirectly profits from the games of billiards or pool, played by the public on pool or billiard tables, whether coin-operated or not, in a room with two or more billiard or pool tables. “Billiards and pool” mean indoor games that are played with a cue stick, cue ball and 15 balls on a felt-covered table with six pockets.
