810.02 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW REQUIRED.

No person shall own or operate a barber shop or a beauty salon without being at all times in compliance with Ohio R.C. Chapters 4709 and 4713, respectively, and the rules and regulations of the State Barber Board promulgated pursuant thereto.
