As used in this chapter:
(a) "Barber shop" means any premises, building or part of a building where the practice of barbering, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4709.06, is practiced.
(b) "Beauty salon" means any premises, building or part of a building in which any branch of the practice of cosmetology, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4713.01, except the occupation of a manicurist when carried on in a barber shop licensed under this chapter, or the occupation of a cosmetologist, is practiced.
