As used in this chapter:
(a) "Adult bookstore" means an establishment having as a significant portion of its stock in trade, for the purpose of retail sale or for the purpose of display by coin or slug-operated or electronically, electrically or mechanically controlled still or motion picture machines, projectors or other image-producing devices, or both, magazines, other periodicals, films, tapes and cassettes, which materials have as their major or dominant theme matter depicting, describing or relating to sexual conduct or specified anatomical areas.
(b) "Adult entertainment business" means an adult bookstore, adult mini motion picture theater, adult motion picture arcade and adult motion picture theater.
(c) "Adult mini motion picture theater" means an enclosed building with a capacity of less than fifty persons regularly used for presenting material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter depicting or describing sexual conduct or specified anatomical areas.
(d) "Adult motion picture arcade" means any place to which the public is permitted or invited wherein coin or slug-operated or electronically, electrically or mechanically controlled still or motion picture machines, projectors or other image-producing devices are maintained to show images to five or fewer persons per machine at any one time, and where the images so displayed are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter depicting or describing sexual conduct or specific anatomical areas.
(e) "Adult motion picture theater" means an enclosed building with a capacity of fifty or more persons regularly used for presenting material distinguishing or characterized by an emphasis on matter depicting or describing sexual conduct or specified anatomical areas.
(f) "Sexual conduct" means the fondling or other touching of human genitals, the pubic region, buttocks or female breasts, masturbation and the physical acts described as sexual conduct and/or sexual contact in Section 666.01 of the General Offenses Code.
(g) "Specified anatomical areas" means human genitals, less than completely and opaquely covered, the pubic region, buttocks, female breasts below a point immediately above the top of the areola and human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered.
