(a) No person, club, organization, association or company who or which is unlicensed in accordance with Ohio R.C. Title XLIII (Liquor), shall keep, set up, maintain or operate any place as a storage area wherein members, their guest or other persons are allowed to keep and maintain intoxicating liquors for the purpose of consumption therein.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
