612.11 GIFTS IN CONNECTION WITH BUSINESS.
   (a)   No holder of a permit shall give any beer or intoxicating liquor of any kind at any time in connection with his or her business.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02
