474.12 BICYCLE LICENSE APPLICATION AND FEE.

Application for a bicycle license shall be made to the Director of Safety or his or her designee upon a form provided by him or her. A one-time fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid to the Director of Safety or his or her designee before each license is granted.
