474.045 OVERTAKING, ETC., WITH MOTORCYCLES.

No person shall operate a motorcycle so as to overtake, pass, proceed along side of or remain along side of any other vehicle, other than one other motorcycle or bicycle, that is within the same lane of traffic and is either stopped at a traffic control device or is proceeding on a public highway.
