(a) On the following streets, parking is limited to two hours only during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and will not otherwise be limited during such times, except as restricted by these Codified Ordinances or laws during snow or other emergencies:
Vine Street.
Clement Street from Broadway to Libby.
Maple Heights Boulevard from Lee to Thomas.
West Boulevard.
Grasmere.
Dalewood Avenue from Broadway to Thomas.
Mapleboro Avenue from West Boulevard to Thomas.
Friend Avenue.
Anthony Street.
(b) Thirty-minute parking shall be allowed on the following streets, except during rush hours:
East side of Lee from Libby at 200 feet before Raymond.
West side of Lee at 5196 and 5130 Lee Road.
(c) Thirty-minute parking shall be allowed on:
Krems Avenue for 200 feet on the south side of the street.
(d) Two-hour parking shall be allowed on:
Dunham Road from Benhoff north to Dunham Bridge on the east side of the street.
(e) The following are no parking loading zones:
Dunham Road, in front of 5446, 5470 and 5490 Dunham Road.
Libby Road, in front of 16817 Libby Road.
(f) Parking is prohibited during rush hours on the following streets:
Libby Road from Cato to Broadway, north side of the street.
Broadway, both sides from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Warrensville Center Road from Libby to McCracken, both sides.
Lee Road.
Clement, between Jackson and Mapleboro from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(g) Parking is prohibited on Libby Road (north and south sides) between Theodore Street and Anthony Street between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(h) No person shall park any vehicle contrary to any of the provisions of this section.
