452.18 MOVING ANOTHER'S VEHICLE TO PROHIBITED PARKING PLACE.

No person shall move a vehicle not owned by or lawfully in the charge of such person into any area in which parking is prohibited or away from a curb so that the moved vehicle is unlawfully parked.
