(a) During the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on all regularly scheduled school days of the Maple Heights School District, traffic traveling south on Lawn Avenue shall turn right only onto Rockside Road. Left turns onto Rockside Road are prohibited during this time.
(b) The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall cause to be placed appropriate traffic control signs or devices as set forth under Section 406.03.
