412.06 PROHIBITED STREETS FOR DRIVER TRAINING.

No person shall use the following named streets within the City for the purpose of training new driver license applicants: Greenhurst (from Broadway to Lee), Raymond (from Greenhurst to Lee), Charles and Friend (from Lee to Charles).
