404.12 REPORTING TOWING.

No person shall fail to report to the Division of Police any motor vehicle which he or she has towed in or assisted in towing in and which is damaged or disabled due to coming in contact with another vehicle, pole, fire hydrant, tree or any other obstruction, so that the accident may be investigated by the Division.
