There is hereby established a Commission on Aging consisting of seven members. The Mayor and the President of Council shall appoint one member each. Council shall select five members to such Commission. If a vacancy occurs during the term of any member of the Commission, it shall be filled for the unexpired term in a manner authorized for the original appointee. The Program Coordinator to take care of senior citizen's activities shall be an ex officio member of the Commission and shall attend each Commission meeting.
