(a) There is hereby established a Golden Maple Senior Citizen Recreation Pass within the City. Such pass shall be issued by the Recreation Department free of charge to all residents of the City who are age sixty and over. Proof of such age will be within the discretion of the Department.
(b) The recreation pass shall entitle the bearer to free use of all activities biennially as sponsored by the Recreation Department.
