(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.41, the City hereby establishes that there shall be no maximum age limit for original appointment to the Police Division.
(b) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.42, the City establishes that no person shall be eligible to receive an original appointment to the Fire Division on or after his or her thirty-sixth birthday.
(c) The Civil Service Commission of the City is hereby authorized to reflect the above age qualifications in its Police Cadet and Fire Fighter/Paramedic selection process.
