244.08 NONRESIDENT SERVICE.

(a) The Mayor and the Fire Division are hereby authorized to provide fire protection to any county, municipal corporation or township of the State upon the authorization of the Mayor, the Fire Chief or their designee.

(b) The Mayor and the Police Division are hereby authorized to provide police protection to any county, municipal corporation or township of the State upon the authorization of the Mayor, the Police Chief or their designee.
